When you place an order we collect your name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number if you give one, and the contents of the order. We need all of it to print the thing and get it to you.
When you use one of our forms, for a quote, a sample pack, a message, or the newsletter, we collect what you typed into that form.
When you upload artwork, we store the file so we can print from it and so reorders do not make you send it twice.
If you create an account, we store your email address, a hashed password, and your order history. We never see your password in readable form.
Our host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to data brokers. We do not use your uploaded artwork for our own marketing or portfolio without asking you first.

Order records stay as long as we are required to keep them for tax and accounting, which is [RETENTION PERIOD]. Artwork stays on file so reorders are easy, and we delete it whenever you ask. Form submissions that do not turn into orders get cleared out periodically.
Email us and we will get you a copy of what we hold, correct anything wrong, delete your artwork, close your account, or take you off the newsletter. Depending on where you live you may have a formal right to some of these; we would rather just do them than argue about which ones apply.
We will not delete order records we are legally required to keep, and we will tell you which ones those are.
