We build this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at level AA. That is the standard most people mean when they say a site is accessible.
In practice that means text that meets contrast minimums against its background, headings in a sensible order, every control reachable and operable with a keyboard, a visible focus outline so you can see where you are, form fields with real labels, alt text on images that carry meaning, and layouts that work at phone width and at 200 percent zoom.
Being honest is more useful than claiming a clean sheet:
If any part of this site stops you doing what you came to do, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] or call [PHONE NUMBER] and say what happened, what page you were on, and what you were using. We will get back to you within [RESPONSE TIME] and fix what we can.
If the fix is going to take a while, we will place your order over the phone in the meantime. You should not have to wait on our engineering to buy a sticker.
