An order is not final until you approve the proof. The proof is what we print from, so read it properly. Once you approve it, production starts and the order can no longer be changed or cancelled.
If you spot a mistake after approving, tell us straight away. We will do what we can, but a reprint on an approved proof is charged at cost.
When you send us a file, you are telling us you have the right to print it. That means you own it, or you have permission from whoever does. Logos, characters, photographs, and typefaces all belong to someone.
We will refuse a job if we believe the artwork is not yours to print, and we will refund you if we spot it after you have paid.
Your artwork stays yours. We keep a copy so reorders are quick, we do not use it in our own marketing without asking, and we delete it whenever you tell us to.
Artwork that is not yours. Anything that harasses or threatens a real person. Anything that sexualises a minor. Anything designed to pass as official identification, currency, or a government document. Anything unlawful where it is being printed or shipped.
We would rather turn down the money. If we decline a job we refund it in full and tell you why.
Prices are in US dollars and can change, but the price you saw at checkout is the price you pay for that order. Shipping is free within the United States.
Turnaround times are estimates measured in business days from proof approval, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the carrier, its timing is out of our hands. If the carrier loses it, we reprint and reship at our cost.
Colour on a press is not identical to colour on your screen. We flag shifts we can predict on the proof. A shift we warned you about is not a defect.
Everything we make is printed to your order, so there is no general right of return on custom work. What we offer instead is the guarantee: if an order arrives wrong, late, or not as promised, tell us within 30 days and we reprint it or refund it. The full terms are on the guarantee page.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep the password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else is in there. We can close an account that is being used to break these terms.
We can update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one on this page the day you placed it, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
